This morning I went to Meredith Burns in Sasolburg to try to sort out my water lights account which the previous tenant did not pay on my house. When I reach the offices the on lady Lynette had a bad attitude and want to grap the papers which I received from the municipality out of my hands. I told her to please do not grab it out of my hands and after a while she start to scream at me. When I raised my voice to her the "mede" director, Melody, who is a bookkeeper, ran out of her office and start to swear at me. I lost my tamper and started to raise my voice towards her and demanded that Lynette apologies to me because of her rudeness. Instead Melody start swearing me and her exact word are" fokkof man" and that you come inside her with an attitude. She also claims that she knows me and that I am a. I do not know the person from any bar of soap. and turned away and go back to her office. I also tried to phone Roelof but his phone is just keep ringing. I think this is unprofessional towards Meredith Burns and if they are with me like that, how many customers they threaded the same way? I would like a apologiesletter from both Lynette and Melody from this incident.
