QUICK TO ACCEPT CASH BUT SLOW TO UNDERSTAND

On the 1st of July, I went to FLB Randburg to register for accounting (FAC1601) and economics (ECS2601) classes.
I gave them the proof of payment from my bank, upon which I was told that I had overpaid by R750. I agreed to sending Melody an e-mail to arrange for the refund, and a few days later the money was refunded to me.
Total amount paid: R6850.
10Aug:
Called FLB to ask that they cancel my FAC1601 classes, and was told to speak to Melody, but I could not reach her.
12Aug:
E-mailed JKent Brown (FAC1601 tutor), to explain that I am unable to attend her Sat morning classes as I have a problem finding someone to look after my 4year old at 6:30am on Sat, so I asked if we could make alternative arrangements, such as moving the class up by an hour should everyone be fine with it. She sai that she couldn't do so, and I should speak to Melody about the possibility of de-registration.
21Aug:
I forwarded the e-mail to Melody, and advised that I had only been able to attend 2 out of the 6 classes due to my situation, and she said to me that there was nothing she could do, and followed that up with an e-mail. So over R3000 down the drain and no understanding from FLB? Disappointing really!
