Good Day,

I am highly disappointed with the service that both my husband I received from the agent that we bought a property from. She was on the ball before the transfer went through but once the transfer had gone through and she made the sale, she failed to deliver. The onus was on her to ensure that the electrical was a 100% as we only dealt with her and not the sellers. It was quiet disappointing to find out that we received an electrical reporting stating everything was fine but there are naked wires and rusty switches in the house. We contacted the agent and she advised us that we must contact the gentleman that did the electrical report. My question is why should we do this in our time, using our money to call when she was suppose to ensure that things were a 100%. Eventually I was tired of having to wait and contacted the gentleman responsible for the electrical, he was extremely rude to me. I then emailed the agent advising her that I would appreciate if she contacted him as he was rude to me. To date no one has contacted us. I have a 10 month old baby, it is not safe to have rusty switches and naked wires. We are unable to use the dining room light as a result.
