I would like to lodge a formal complaint.
It's been over a month (a month and 5 days to be exact) Since i moved out of one of the properties being leased by Zelri Properties.
I still have not received feedback as to what is happening, why the deposit is still not refunded, instead I've been getting nasty attitude from Nelly.
I'm beyond angry at this time, because she's shifting the blame and telling me she has not checked her emails in days. What kind of servise is that? I called numerous times, she doesn't want to take any calls, telling us that she is busy.
I want my deposit today (05/07/13) not a day later.
