I'm so impressed with the continual service I have received from Cheryl. They say if you ever want to test service - buy a car. The reason for this is the service is usually remarkable prior to the sale but post sale, your expectations hit a knock. Cheryl is a Director and DP of this branch and is in my mind, almost as wonderful as my new car. Well done Cheryl, thank you for always treating your customers as though the all bought GTI's (costing) and for going the extra mile. You're wonderful to interact with and I appreciate you. I sense a warm, family-like pride at your Dealership and even though we are all human and your staff have made a few mistakes of late, it's how you fix the problem that gets my HAT off to you, and not the problem itself.
