I moved into one of their building in Marshalltown Johannesburg in July, and the treatment and service there was so bad, I decided to raise these issues with management. I finally decided to move out end of September with the promise that my deposit will be refunded as I had served a month's notice. so till now am still waiting for this deposit to be paid back, and they haven't been able to pay me because they claim they are using a new system that apparently on one at their offices can use, how do you install something that you don't know how to use! I finally get a mail last week saying they are now able to process refunds but they wont help me because the documents I submitted are more than 3 months old! of course they will be more than 3 months now, but they were not when I submitted them. now I have to be inconvenienced and run around to the bank looking for proof of banking details. when this process was clearly delayed from their side. and I don't understand how you want proof of my banking details now, but all along when I was paying you from this account you never asked if this account was truly mine. your TCF policies are clearly non existent. I am so angry about this!
