Since development, the unit that I stay in has never had the prepaid meter installed & they kept promising that they will sort it out. Their electricians came around on a few occasions with no luck. I arrived at home on three occasions to find electricity switched off without prior notification. It's taken them hours just to get it back on with finger pointing and no accountability from their staff members or ownership for that matter. It's been a really bad inconvenience trying to get them to reactivate the electricity. Over & above that, because they built their units so quick, there is always something faulty in their units that needs to be repaired. Even when you do report the faults, it takes them forever & a day to respond. Because their units is right across the veld, there are large rats running around the unit too. As a resident, the service I've received is shocking and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Then they state they say that rent is going up not even six month since Ive stayed there. I will not be renewing my contract come the end period. There are many places at the same price where one can get better service & piece of mind. Lesson learnt, the hardway
