My name is stanley morare, i'm renting out my flat using dormehl property group (pretoria north). the agent who is handling my leasing is charlene fourie but sometimes i also talk to annalize. i have had this problem of not getting my rental always after the seventh of every month.
this has occured several times, last month i only got my rental on the 12th of October. i tried calling her during that day. she ignored my calls and never returned my calls till today.
This month i only got my rental today. on the 7th and it was not the whole amount. i'm really frustrated about this cause just like everybody. i have to pay my accounts before the 7th of every month. this is really making me mad.
I have had this problem propably 80% of the time i have had my flat rented out by this company. i'm really not happy at all.
what is really frustrating is that whenever there is a problem at my place. they call me and i try my best to sort the matter out. but i don't get that in return.
