I recently rented a flat from rental recipe.. When i moved into the flat the shower doors and windows were not fully assembled and when i file a complain they refused to do something and told me if i am not happy i must move out, so i move out. They still have a deposit of R1.500 and i am waiting more than 3 weeks now. They have also charge me R700 for so called contract-till today i have received nothing from them. Please warn the people about Brian Duffield and his RENTAL RECIPE (tenant and landlord solutions). This is extremely bad service.
