It doesnt come everyday where a person in SA gets good and honest service, and when you do i feel it needs to be shared. For the last 3 years i have had AML as my property managers and without doubt i can say i will never move from them. Not only do i always get honest advice, they always go the extra mile. I have had difficult tenants and non paying tenants and Emanuel is always on top of the issues. I have not lost one cent of rentals in the past 3 years and that says a lot! Not to even mention the fact that my maintenance issues gets addressed as soon as they are needed, and i have found numerous times that I didnt even get charged! That says a lot of what they stand for!! In a world full of, and dishonestly, i can only say thank you to this company!!!
