We viewed a property and put in an offer, Offer accepted and signed. After all was agreed that guarantees to be in by the 15th November 2013 and paid deposit and told that the deposit was to secure the property they returned with the fittings and fixtures annexture and told us to check them, which we did and were told to sign in several places which we duly did. Some days later they returned and told us that they had another offer and said that we will go onto a 72hr clause, this was the first we had heard of the 72hr clause but they deny not explaining this to us. I find this absolutely disgusting service as we put in an offer on another house with the same Rawsons but had to wait for there date to expire as they had nearly 2 months to give guarantees. The principal Mr Andre Swarts does not even return calls says a lot about his customer service and emailed head quarters and guess what? they don't respond neither so please if you are thinking of buying or selling beware stay away. WE ARE TAKING LEGAL ACTION AND WILL BE SUING RAWSON PROPERTIES IN BRACKENFELL ROSLYN BRANCH . SO PLEASE DONT RESPOND AS IT IS PATHETIC THE WAY YOU HAVE ON OTHER COMPLAINTS
