We bought a property in Kriel 2006 but moved to Pretoria 2008 and got tenants through Remax Kriel, the agent Cheryl Kasselman then got a job with Harcourts and moved us over so the new contracts for contracts were handed over to the new rental agent Natasha van Tonder in 2012 and ever since we have been experiencing non payments on our monthly rental money. This lady makes promises after promises. Its either non payment at all or shortfalls even for September and October we are still waiting for our money. Needless to say that we are still paying the bond for this property we are really suffering from the Harcouts team. These guys have no respect for their clients and we certainly hope that they are not using our rental money for their own benefit. We even told them we are looking for other rental agents but they asked us not to move. Harcouts Kriel is really treating us badly considering we have just signed a new contract with them but still not getting our money. I am not sure if its either they take us as fools or that's just how they treat clients. We have gone several times to their offices but they don't work on Saturday's as we have work commitments during the week. We are really
