Sivuyile approached me about a lucrative deal he stood to lose should he not raise R100 000 to buy material to start the project, I suggested he approached banks but he said he ha done that unsuccesfully citing banks' unwillingness to help startups especially in the construction industry. He pleaded with me and promised to repay within 4months it's now 3years. He assured me failure to comply gives me rights to claim from his salary, which I later found out the employer's details provided to me turned out to be non-existing.
