Unauthorized debit orders

Infinitum and the people that work there: horrible nightmare experience!!!
There are so many things to mention but most recently they have increased our rent for the second time
This year after we were told 2 years ago that even though the contract must be renewed twice a year
The rent will only increase once a year. After signing the new contract I advised them that I won't pay by debit order, they excepted. After the 2nd month I receive a notification that
My debit order will run on the end of the month. When I phone to find out what was going on because I had
A scheduled payment ready for the end of the month they are not available to speak to me. They are never
Available and never answer emails and never return calls. So I drive to their office go and confront
Them. They can't explain why a debit order was lodged without my consent or any form or nothing! A few days later I receive a email saying I owe them money for a late payment for the previous month when my debit order didn't go through. They refuse to tell me who is lodging illegal debit orders against my account!! This is why I don't want a debit order because you can't trust them!!!
