We moved into the office in July. Since then we have been trying to get the JHI to organise keys and locks to our balconies as well as supply us remotes. Till now nothing has been sorted out even though we call every few days to check the status. Now we have been informed that the building has new owners and it is now no longer their responsibility so once again we have received the the "we'll get back to you" lie.
We also received an unrealistic electricity bill which I have ask the accounts person Carol Ann to investigate but after a rude phone call and and sending an email my query still goes unresolved.
How can a company give so little attention to customers? Please never sign with them.
