I didn't know that if you signed a contract that you would be responsible for stains left by previous tenents, and it wasn't cleaned after I mentioned it to just letting but the responsibility fell on me it seems to pay for the things that should have been done.
And I didn't "deserve" to know why I never got my entire deposit back, I had to phone to get a break down, and then email again to get the receipts, which reminds me about having to contact just letting every month to get the correct statement.
It doesn't seem like they want to give my money back as they ignore my statements about the stains.
