Hi if u ever get a property from this man witch also works for cie investments they are scamers they rent out propertys that are not there's take a deposit and rent but never pay lights water or any accounts once they get cought up with they run away with your money and deposit and leave u and your family out in the street pls i urge no one to ever go thru cie company or lance kibel they make everything seem perfect contract estate agents the works hope this helps out people so he never gets a chance to ever anyone ever again
