Terrible Service from estate agent

Where to begin?!
Basically i bought a property through Camdons. The sale was on condition that damp proofing & painting were to be completed BEFORE we moved in.
Now i sit, in my new home, with unfinished painting & a plumbing problem that was never disclosed.
My estate agent didnt even give me the keys to my new home - i had to fetch them from security. Nice personal touch!
The "service" i got was disgraceful! I would strongly recommend you NEVER buy or sell a property through Camdons... EVER!
