I entered into a 12 months lease agreement effective 01-9-13 and I was told about R200 levie to be deducted s follows: R100 when u purchase prepaid water and the other R100
when u buy electricity. This morning I bought water for R200 & the normal amount of R100 was deducted but the problem started when I bought electricity voucher for R400 but when I entered the token on the machine it gave me a 0.00 units. I then decided to phone the Agent (Anthony) but he didn't answer his phone. I finally got hold of the complex manager, i explained the whole thing to him but he told me I must keep on buying until I get the units since the previous tenant was owing them levies but he can't tell the amount & I've already spent R400 trying 2 buy electricity. My question is why must I inherit someone's debt & why is it supposed 2 b my problem. M seating here without electricity after I've already paid them R8500.00. All I want is money so that I can find a new place where I can deal with a proffessional & reputable company since they have breached the contract.
