I gave notice in 40 olive tree The Coves after going through a devorce. I asked Pam Golding if this would be possible, they said they will speak to the Landlord and come back to us. They then came back and said the landlord said its fine these things happen, but we have to give a 2 month notice. Pam Golding then came back in writing and asked told us they have potensial clients but they want to move in the end of July and not the end of August as out two month notice peroid was ensd of August. We went back and agreed that we will make a plan and move out end of July. My wife asked them about the R9000 deposit as we needed a deposit for the new place. We had no reply for almost more than a week. The same day we moved our last load out the gates my wife received a mail stading they keeping R8208. Its was not explained what for. They did not once go through the house to tell me what the money was being kept for. This is sad that notning was ever explained to us by the agent, and now I have lost my deposit. After investigating I find out this is comission fees for the agent
