2nd May i went to Aida to notify them of my notice to move out by end of May. My agent Annalize was there with the accounts manager and the receptionist. I told her i'd be moving out and asked about the deposit and was told i'd get it end of June only but was told to come back to the office when i move out to give them my banking details. 30th May i went to the office but didn't find annalize and the receptionist told me she's ask her to call me. She called me 2 days later and told me i wont be getting my deposit back because i didn't put my notice in writing whereas i went myself told them in their faces and nobody told me to put it in writing. Aida is trying to pass the buck by me cox Annalize told me she didn't tell the owner i'd be moving out as there's nothing in writing. she failed to do her work and now wants to cheat me out of my deposit, well, i demand to get my deposit back as nobody told me anything about written notice... Aida are as this is not the 1st incidence, they did the same with a colleague and now think it's the norm to cheat people.. It's not my fault annalize didnt notify the owner of my notice and i want my money back...
