Good day, I am writing with reference to my inititial request to you, requesting for the repairs at the above mentioned property. I hope that you will take great care to ensure that this matter is properly managed, processed, implemented. I hope this matter will be attended to on this occasion on an acceptable standard and resolved. If a resolution is not reached then we can find a way to reach it. I have attached photos of the property as it stands to date and I think you will you be in agreement that the impression that you have is clearly mistaken. I have had to report this morning the geyser that burst over the weekend (REF:9411134). According to my knowledge this was supposed to have been fixed and in good working order.
The building was supposed to be painted but evidently as per the attached photos this has not been done.
I'm not sure where the impression that all the repairs on this property had been done was obtained from as.
