Bad service, no communication

I purchased a unit from Sable Homes at Oukraal family living in Hazeldean about 1 year ago. Since then we have gone through the building process with a project manager (Lee-Anne Talbot) as the sole contact at Sable Homes communicating with us. We were promised photos and progress reports at regular intervals, and we received a "confirmed" hand-over and occupation date of our unit: 30 April 2013. This date was communicated to us 30 January 2013.
To date (8 April 2013) we have received 1 progress report, and at times our mails requesting updated quotes in terms of extras, etc. are left unanswered for over a month - even urgent follow up mails are just ignored.By the end of March I started to become very concerned about the progress of our unit, and sent two mails to Sable Homes asking for an update of status and a confirmation that the occupation date is still correct - no answer! Today we phoned the building subcontractor directly, and found out that there is no way that we will be moving in by end of the month. We are now facing a crisis as we had to give two month's notice at our current premises, and have nowhere to go at this stage.
Think twice before buying from Sable Homes!
