Deposit and Checklist Document

I just wanted to log a compaint about one of your Agents. I rented out a property in Windsor West in April. I decided to leave the place as i was not happy with a few things. When i moved in i requested that i get assisted with a few things that where wrong with the property.

I requested for the owner to come through for an inspection on the day i move out but she refused to come through and told me that the agent will do the inspection on her behalf. I told the agent that if owner comes back to say they is something wrong with her property she is going to be held responceable as she agreed to signed the checklist document on her behalf.

A few days ago i get an e-mail from the owner saying a broke a blind. I told the owner i would fix it so she should deduct money of my deposit guess what she goes ahead to deduct the money without my knowledge. I asked her why she did it and she told me she wanted to fix the blind, but i asked her if she had sent me any quotations of the cost to return the blind and she never answered. I told her i want my money back that she deduct and she said sorry for you, i'm not giving you anything. Taking this with EAAB.
