We had our geyser element fitted less than a year ago and it was faulty. They came out to repair, and wanted to charge us. I disputed this as all geysers has a 1 year warranty, which their contractor confirmed.
Been speaking to everyone in all their departments who do confirm that we are not suppose to pay, but they still send us a monthly statement with and additional amount of R938. JP, the portfolio Manager every month for the last 3 months has been replying 2 weeks later to all my communication with a "IT WILL BE RECETIFIED". On Tuesday I spoke to our administrator and she promised to have it fixed as well. till now.
When it comes to collections they issue invoices very quick but it takes a team of people more than 3 months to fix 1 billing mistake.
