Heat Tech Geysers Useless

On the 5 April 2012 i purchased a geyser from Mica in Lenasia for a very poor family who we know well.
From the 07 February 2013 the geyser has been leaking. I went to the Mica store in lenasia who called the suppliers, We spoke to Anna and adviced her what happened, the geyser has a warranty of 5 years. Anna took all the details and then i recieved a call from a gentleman by the name of Sam, the number Sam called me was 27879437472, he then said that we should get a private plumber which is .. The Geyser is not even a year old why should we get a private plumber and have to pay and also it was fitted in for a very poor and sickly family? Mica was helpful they spoke to Surie who adviced the same as Sam. in the menawhile who is going to pay for the water account? Please send someone out and sort this problem asap. If this does not get sorted we will take it further and advice the nationa consumer council. i have the slip as well for proof.
