On Tuesday I viewed the unit. Tom from Remax didn't even bother to have the place cleaned before having people view, unit has been vacant for 2 weeks... The tenant application was then sent thru on Wednesday evening (ok it was late), by Thursday afternoon at 14h00 I sent Tom a message to ask what is happening, he notified me that their internet is down, so they cant process, at this time I called his office and asked them to process it manually please (what did everyone do before their was internet?) Application got approved on Friday morning. When I then asked if they will send someone to clean the unit (I have never seen such a dirty house in my life before), I was then told by Melanie that the cleaning company had collected the keys (Friday morn) but she isn't sure if they are cleaning (!?!?! does the whole office share the "I don't care vibe?). To make a long story short after another million problems, I move in sunday, and the place is just as filthy as what it was. U should be ashamed. As result Im staying at a friend as I cant unpack. Sis. The whole experience has been so demeaning and unpleasant, maybe it is their way to make sure you would never want to move again.
