Efusing to give me back my deposit

I am so annoyed to date i have not recieved my deposit money back and no one is keeping me updated as to what is happening. dealing with this organisation it has been a serious nightmare. they have bring such a reputable organisation into disrepute. and no one from the last complaint i lodge even bothered to call me and explain themselves to me. it has been full month and i have not recieved my money back. this behavior is totally unacceptable.
