Deposit not refunded

I moved out end of February and my deposit until up to date has not been refunded. I rented a unit in Centurion Willowbrook mews. Funny enough I always paid my rent on time and yet they fail to give me back my deposit as promised.
When I call in I always get the same old story that they will look into the matter and get back to me. No one ever gets back to me. want my money back.
I am always told Lizelle is busy and the person whom I have been emailing and calling is Emelia.
I just want my MONEY back.
