My flatmate and i were assisted by Jen of Omega Propertise also of Legendary Propertise to acquire a flat in August 2012.Upon paying deposit and signing a lease she todls us we couldnt move in the unit as the owner of the unit has taken it out of the market for rental.
This turned out not to be true as the same aprtment was also being advertised by another agent who agreed to let us move in and had an agreement with Jen that she would transfer that deposit of R6000 into their account until now she hasnt done so.
