No service and lack of feedback and reponse

Last year November I started contacting Centurion real estate to rent an apartment in eco park. At first they would not even return my calls or emails. Eventually they did and when I went to look at the property the previous owner insisted that we come at night. Meaning it was dark and impossible to really see anything.

We then moved and only a minute before we started moving in our things did they do the previous persons exit inspection. They then handed over the keys and dissapeared. When we started taking off the blinds we realised what a mess the palce was.

We immediatly took pictures and contacted Centurion real estate again to tell them of the chaos and mess we got.

During the last 6 months we have constantly been asking them to come and repair and fix the place and even threatened to contact the owners to which they told us were not allowed to at all.

Last month I had it and told them that I am moving and even got someone to take over the place. I gave notice so that they have time to do the inspection and sort out the apartment before the next person moves in. They have till today not paid back my deposot because they say they have processes.

Its been 4 weeks!
