After numerous e-mails just to find out when our deposit will be refunded, no feedback was received up to date. Quick to take action towards you regarding payment but when it comes to refund there's other stories and NO feedback when you want answers. Only thing we want is an answer to WHEN our money will be paid back. We were informed that it will be sent through as urgent and will take between 10 and 15 workdays, this was said during our appointment in the beginning of May. Poor service regarding feedback.
