Disgusting, poor service from jika properties

I applied for a unit begining of the month in one of jika s properties which i was told was available by Rebecca, she requested my documents which i left with her, she told me she will contact me in the next couple of days to tell me whether its approved or not i knew that wouldnt be an issue since i am a tenant in one of jika s properties already and i just wanted to move from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom unit, a week passed without her calling me i called her and she was so rude over the phone which led me to hang up, 2 days back i saw people moving into the flat im waiting to receive feedback from, i then called her to find out what was happening, firstly she didnt remember me and simply asked if i had left all my particulars with her i then told her i left everything with her and it should have been processed by now, she told me a staff of jika had moved in the unit, i asked her why she never came back to me earlier then to tell me so i wud hv made another plan, she rudely replied to me that she was very busy with other things and had no time to get back to me, iv found her service and sifiso whom i had spoke to earlier disgusting and very rude that is no way to treat customers.
