I have cancelled my lease agreement with Seeff for the apartment (Roseways 217) that I was renting in Rosebank on 29 November 2012. Payment for the month of December was also made in November. The keys where handed over to Jaenette on 20 December 2012. I have to date not received my deposit payment nor received any reply to my emails requesting payment. Upon returning the keys I was assured that the deposit would be refunded within 7 days of lease termination
