I've had the pleasure of dealing with Natasha Dirker who's been assisting me with a faulty geyser! I just need to say thank you to her for her excellent service! Your kind, warm and friendly attitude has left me dum struck as I have never dealt with anyone as warm as you at trafalgar! A definite change from all the rude people I've recently dealt with! You should give them a few lessons on customer service!
