I go to exchange my money with Sindy from Centurion FNB for a reason. She is warm, friendly, welcoming and not mechanical when dealing with you. She also treats you like you are her only client of the day. Love the warm reception and she is able to remember what you spoke about after 5 months... she is a joy and such a pleasure to be around. The service we see these days are abysmal. She shines like a star compared to the many people I deal with in the service industry...
