So we moved out the 1st of May, someone told us that the deposit money will be paid out by the 7th, then went to go and ask about it today and got treated like a child. They are blady disrespectful, rude, dishonest, etc. The house was left in perfect condition, when we moved in there the house was filthy, full of cockroaches, there was a lot of things wrong and they took their time to come and rectify them. Now they want to hold us responsible for whatever is wrong, although the proof of all faults are saved in my inbox. They will find fault to not pay the deposit that's just how dishonest people work. Its my money, so I will not accept a no. Maybe you should also consider getting new staff, because the agents walk around with the attitude that its their company and they can do or say as they please.
This is really wrong and I will NOT tolerate attitude from someone younger than me and I don't want to be forced to accept it. All I want is my deposit, I've spent enough with that place trying to get rid of the filthiness from the previous tenants. This isn't over and will be going further with this, BELIEVE me. Head office is first!
