On Wednesday 1st May - a public holiday - Tanya Jovanovski and Victor Schonborn from Rawsons arranged a public viewing for prospective buyers in preparation of the auction of the farm which I am renting a property and land.
I was completely unaware of the public viewing arranged by Rawson and was subjected to potential buyers looking in my windows, through my front door and roaming over my garden. I was even subjected to a drive by viewing of a group of would-be buyers in the back of a bakkie who virtually stopped outside my home, staring at me through my front door whilst on a tour of the farm.
I did call Tanya Jovanovski the following day and left a message with her colleague to call me - I am still waiting for that call.
I am appalled by their work ethics and disgusted by their conduct and believe that they have absolutely no respect or consideration for others privacy. Surely there are legal obligations which Rawsons should have adhered to?
