Shocking business Etiquette

I rented a property with Just Letting recently and am shocked with the service received and the attitude of the staff and the financial director. the property was filthy when we received it and the pool was so dirty that it was a health hazard. this was only cleaned after a month of complaining. I have since moved out only to find that my deposit is still to be paid to me over a month later. the rental agent, Gina, made an appointment to meet with me to collect the keys and do an exit inspection and never bothered to pitch for the appointment. She went on to speak blatant by saying that she left a voicemail for me to say she would be late, I don't even have a voicemail facility in my cell phone set up. I have asked for proof thereof but this cannot be provided. The exit inspection was done without myself or my husband being present and I am expected to pay for locks that were changed because she didn't keep her appointment. I handed the matter to my attorneys who also get no joy from Just letting. I am so shocked at the attitude and the manner I have been treated by the staff at just letting. they take weeks to return emails and the tone on the reply is shocking!
