I had my electricity cut off on Saturday and was told (Call Centre) to go the municipality to check why it has been diactivated...
I spoke to a lady by the name of Mpho (didn't get the surname) and she proved me wrong about their service.
She was able to check and phoned me back with feedback on how much I needed to pay and also checked after I payed if my electricity was back on.
