My car was hijacked and recovered two hours later with suspects inside the car, then the car was taken to saps impound place in johannesburg and I went to fetch the car, now when i want to take out license disc the traffic department want me to take the car for police clearance and pay an amount of /- R1000, why should i pay for such service if the car was found by the SAPS and there was nothing that was done to the car by the suspects.
