My wife was the victim of an armed on 28 December 2013. She was robbed of her handbag, phone, ring, watch etc. As soon as I lodged a claim, this was handled with urgency and efficiency and friendly service. We were traumatised and Elicia and her team understood that. Our (quite substantial) claim was settled with the shortest time possible. Any PPS member who does not take their short-term insurance with PPS, is crazy!
