I have a big problem with ekurhuleni, you guys truely dont have any idea what u do in those offices. Now this is my story, Last year around July 2012 I had a problem water bill came high around R1500, which monthly l used to pay less than R200, then l went to ekurhuleni branh in springs to complain well due to what they saw they said the meter had a problem they will definatly send someone to look at it the put a new one. The new meter was installed and fixed but the bill wasnt fixed. I went back to query was sent left right and centre from one office to the other with long stories which l dont understand why because this is simple ''remove the over charge bill or credit it simple and done'' but till today, l went there l was now told l dont qulify for a credit, and these too clawns NTOMBI THABETHE & LIZA DERCKSEN they know the story from the biggining but today there are the one said l dnt qualify for a credit because the there is no reason for them to credit me ad they dnt knw why the bill came high last year July 2012. now who the bill is R5000.00 and l dont mind goin to the press or speakout or 3rd degree becoz there many people with this problem l will post it everyw
