City Of Johannesburg Municipality
Correct my surname please, its your fault!!!

My surname is written twice - RABOTHATA/RABOTHATE of which the second one is not suppose to be there. I had lodged a complain since 2010 till now the matter is not resolved. ive submitted all the documents you asked for and waited 3 month as you said but till today my bill still says 2 surnames.
