Desperate need of help but keep getting fobbed of

Hi

I am in desperate need to get help from the city of joburg. We have been out of electricity for the past almost 50 hours and have been trying to get someone out in vain. To date no one has come out and they keep fobbing of the calls. We are told that someone will call us back or a technician is on his way and no one pitches up.

We were told that if we want to escalate this problem we should contact the MD. We just need someone to assist us get in contact with them and to get this problem sorted out.

I really appreciate any leads or contact details you can provide.
