In april last year rent a townhouse with zelri properties than i was told i must pay a deposit of R2000 with polokego for electricity account now zelri cancelled the contract with polokego and we were told to contact polokego for our deposits i called polokego than i was told that the account has not being transfered from polokego to protea metering, i was told i was a process of 3 weeks they contact me now, i contacted them after three weeks i was told that the person who is doing payments is not available in office i must email them my account details so that they can transfer my deposit back with 2 working day its now a month everytime i call they would say they will call me back and i have never recieved a call from any one from polokego since january till today
