Each of contract and bad attitude

On 22 may my husband went to apply for accomodation at zelri when he got there they told him he will be notified before the 24 may of which they never did. on 27 may i called them to do a follow up and it was approved, my husband paid a holding deposit for unit 418. on the 31 may my husband went to pay the full amount when he got there he had to sign contract for unit119 because the story was unit 418 was already taken, mind you we paid a holding deposit. then the lady at the reception told my husband to call the caretaker to leave the keys for him at the security, where do i fit there, okay. then i called the caretaker as ordered, and he told me that unit 119 no-one was moving out of it and he even asked who was helping at zelri, told him it was nelly and he gave me nelly's numbers. when i called nelly to tell her that my husband is on the street with our luggage, stranded not knowing where to go. she told me not to call her on her personal phone and hung up on me. luckily enough the caretaker was very much helpful he offered us a unit 808 to settle in as it was weekend and they were not opening. on 3 june i called them explain my situation since they said they will get back to me
