We as (Sammakga Business Entriprise) presented a contract with Bigen Africa Sevices to train 50 people for the following:
Life skills
Manning Construction
Paving and Brick laying
Health and safety
I had to employ 3 facilitators to do the job for Ngaka Modiri Molema District Municipality. I was a subcontractor for Bigen Africa Sevices. The contract was approved and we quoted at R 185 136.00 including VAT after completion of training.
The training was finalised the end of November. Promises were made that payment would be made the 05th of December. To date I am still battling. The 3 facilitators are threatening to take me to CCMA for non-payment. Leon is ducking and diving and I am being thrown from pillar to post.
I have tried to contact the municipality. They have advised that they have to pay Bigen Africa Sevices directly. I cannot wait any longer for payment and require same urgently.
