I am extremely appalled by the business etiquette and manner which the owner of Arend Garden Services conducts himself.
When requesting a refund for services not rendered, he fires off on all kinds of terms and conditions and procedures which supposedly justify keeping the upfront payment for services not rendered - if these terms are not indicated on any official document, or initially agreed on between myself as client and himself as service provider, why should I adhere to them?
I had taken extra measures to communicate times and dates of services with him although it's his duty as service provider to do so, and he still could not fulfill the duties indicated on his invoices.
This all followed by shouting, swearing and putting the phone down in my ear - I would definitely not recommend this garden service to anyone interested in professional services.
