Since 2010 I applied for name and surname changes for my son after I got married to her mother. In November 2012 my wife visited the Pretoria Head office and was given a fax number to fax a proof of payment, I personally did that, since then I have been calling and been told to call again after 2 week I have been doing that, I have records of the calls and the times plus the names of the consultants I spoke to. I even referred the matter to the complains department and I spoke to Jaredene on the 22 January 2013 at 12:00, I called again today to be told the same answer I got in 2012, called the complaints department twice today without any one taking my call.
